1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Securoly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use the service.
2. What Securoly provides
Securoly provides YouTube channel security scanning and reporting. Scores and risk estimates are informational — they are not guarantees of security or vulnerability. We do not provide legal, financial, or certified security advice.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be 18 or older to use Securoly. One account per person.
4. Acceptable use
You may scan channels you own or public channels for legitimate security research. You may not use Securoly to scan channels with malicious intent, harvest data at scale, or circumvent YouTube's terms of service.
5. Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly via Razorpay. You can cancel at any time. No refunds for partial months except as specified in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
6. Limitation of liability
Securoly is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or channel access. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 30 days.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these terms with 14 days' notice via email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
