If you're not satisfied with Securoly within the first 7 days of your first paid subscription, email us at support@securoly.com and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.

After 7 days

After the initial 7-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time and your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.


Processing time

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method via Razorpay.


Annual plans

You keep access until the end of your annual period. No partial-year refunds except in the first 7 days under our satisfaction guarantee.


Exceptions

If you experienced a technical error that prevented you from using the service, please contact us regardless of the 7-day window and we will review your case.


How to request a refund

Email support@securoly.com with your account email and reason. We respond within 24 hours on business days.
